*Weddings and private special occasional events are held seasonally May 1st- October 31st with varying rates depending on your event. We are booking into the 2024 season.

*Events to include Weddings, Celebration of Life, Reunions, Private catered events, Corporate Events and more! Partial day rental weekday hours (4 hours 11am-11pm) starting at $500. Partial day weekend pricing Friday-Saturday (4 hours 11am-11pm) starting at $700. Additional hours are $150 per hour. We do not offer Sunday events at this time. We have a 300 person capacity for all outdoor events.
*We offer a long list of local food caterers for your event from custom charcuterie, food trucks to local chef talent! Food can be brought for your event but must be provided by a licensed caterer/bakery. We do have a catering agreement form which is provided at date of booking.
*Alcohol must be provided by a local bartender service such as: https://hitchsip.com/trailers/
other opportunities can be discussed at your request. If alcohol is on the premise there is a security service which must be on-site during event hours.
*On-site Parking available. ADA parking is accommodated. There is no on street parking. Signage is provided for your event.
*Event insurance must be provided for the day of your event!
*While the interior of the barn is not usable at this time we are providing a beautiful outdoor setting which can house tents, table chairs and more. On-site building for bridal parties and private dressing if needed. Tent, table and chair rental is available for an additional fee from our friends at GHS Tent Rental starting at $425. Straw bale seating and other options are available at an additional rental cost. Corn crib is now available for use during all events!
